In terms of purchase cost, semi-automatic printing presses are usually cheaper than fully automatic ones. For some small print jobs, choosing a semi-automatic printing press can save costs. In addition, due to its simple operation and easy maintenance, the running cost of semi-automatic printing machine is also lower.  
Fully automatic presses are more expensive to purchase, but their high efficiency and quality can bring higher returns. However, the operation and maintenance of fully automated presses requires specialized skills and technical support, and therefore the operating costs are also relatively high. However, for high-volume printing jobs, fully automated presses are more cost-effective.
